Can I change my mind?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not, we are here to assist you! If you have reconsidered your decision*, please return your purchase within 30 days in its original, unused condition and packaging, and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase (delivery charges are non-refundable).
In certain cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply for orders cancelled more than 24 hours after the purchase. This may include items that are specially ordered, customized, or require gas conversion.
If you are unable to arrange your own return, our team can help coordinate a pickup and return at your expense. This may incur additional charges and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
For orders designated for pickup from our stores or warehouses, cancellations made after 24 hrs will incur a restocking fee.
*Please make your selections carefully when purchasing from our Clearance and Sale items. No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be provided for clearance or sale items bought in-store or online.
Our policy, including the limits on change of mind, does not exclude or replace your rights under the Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations, or any other legal requirements.
How do I return my product for a refund?
1. Please send us an email to inform us of your intention to return your goods - we will respond with an RMA.
2. Return goods using a registered service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged.
3. When goods are received within the return period in brand new and sellable condition, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Goods not returned in this manner may incur a restocking fee.
4. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days (or up to 10 business days for bank deposits) after we receive your returned items.
5. Once received, your returned items will be evaluated, and funds will be returned via your original payment method.
What should I do if my item is defective?
If you have a faulty item, please call or e-mail us and we will be happy to help. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may repair, replace or refund your purchase.

12 month limited warranty
BBQs-R-US provides a limited warranty of 12 months on numerous products, effective from the date of original purchase and applicable solely to the initial buyer. To validate any warranty claim, proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is necessary.
Coverage and Limitations
This warranty encompasses defects in materials and workmanship under typical domestic usage. It does not cover damage arising from:
- High temperatures, excessive humidity, industrial chemicals or fumes, chlorine, fertilizers, pesticides, salt, or saltwater
- Rust, oxidation, or corrosion Commercial use of products designed for domestic applications
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to excessive fire, mishandling, dropping, and failure to adhere to product instructions
- Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or servicing by third parties
- Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or surface rust
- Accidental damage or exposure to environmental factors
Note: While stainless steel components are highly durable, they are not totally resistant to rust or pitting and are not included under this warranty. All products are intended to be stored under cover, protected from the elements, and/or covered with the appropriate BBQ cover designed for this purpose.
Customers residing within 2 km of a coastline should take extra precautions, such as regular cleaning and oiling, especially those within 500 m of the coast.
